Customers compare negotiated shipment rates and select one of the services that they are interested in, then we purchase the shipment labels on behalf of the customers . Once customers ’ payment is successful, system automatically generate the shipment label in PDF, PNG format and customers can directly print or email the shipment labels. After a customer successfully prints the label, customer will pack the packages that they want to send/ship and affix the printed label on the package. Finally, customers will drop off the package to the respective carrier drop-off location. Or, if customers selected PICK-UP service, then respective carrier will collect the packages from customer’s specified location. Once the carrier receives the packages, respective carrier will complete the fulfillment.
